Calm and Strong Pilates – Mondays are for fresh starts! Come to this “come as you are” for all abilities class on your Monday lunch hour, for a combination of CoreFit and FlexFit! 45 minutes long, offered by zoom.

Uplifted CoreFit Class – A comprehensive, self-empowering class to improve flexibility, posture, balance, alignment, circulation, breath, mobility and overall strength by employing core muscles. 45 minutes long, currently offered by zoom. Materials needed: mat, resistance band (5 ft), medium-sized ball (9 in).

Uplifted FlexFit Class – Focusing deeply on flexibility and mobility with intentional, slow and healing movements and encouraging messaging throughout. 45 minutes long, currently offered by zoom. Materials needed: mat, resistance band (5 ft).

SoulCore – Focusing deeply on flexibility and mobility while incorporating the Word of God through scripture following the beautiful rhythm of the Rosary. 1 hour long.

Uplifted SwimFit Class – Low impact pool workout to build muscle endurance and flexibility using the natural resistance of water. 45 minutes long. Space limited to 10 people. Materials needed: pool noodle. Swimming proficiency is strongly encouraged but we will remain in the shallow end.

Classes are $15 each for drop-ins, and $40 for 4.

Julia is available for women’s retreats, gatherings, staff team-building exercises and special events upon request.
